Processing methods
Soul Mat™ employs appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data.

Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-based tools, following organizational procedures and methods strictly related to the stated purposes.

In addition to the administrator, other persons involved in the operation of this application (such as management, sales, marketing, legal, and system administrators) or external parties (such as technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, and communication agencies) may have access to the data. An updated list of such parties may be requested from the administrator at any time.

Legal basis for processing

Retention time
